Retail Growth Academy ("RGA," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have when you visit this site or buy a membership.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to put in the message. We do not run a contact or opt-in form on this site.
• Purchase information. Our checkout and billing run on Whop. When you buy a membership you give your name, email address and payment details to Whop, not to us. We receive your name, email address and the status of your membership. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Information collected automatically. Standard web analytics such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and the site or ad that referred you.
• Course activity. Once you are a member, the course platform records which lessons you have opened and completed, so your progress and unlock schedule work correctly.

How we use it

• To give you access to the course and the tools that come with it;
• To send you course emails, lesson notifications and billing or account notices;
• To answer you when you contact us, including refund requests;
• To measure which ads and pages actually work, and to improve the course;
• To meet our legal and tax obligations.

Advertising and cookies

We advertise this course online. Our pages may load cookies and tracking pixels from advertising and analytics providers, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Whop, which tell us that a visit, a checkout or a purchase happened and which ad it came from. These providers may combine that signal with information they already hold about you under their own privacy policies.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can limit ad personalisation inside your Meta account settings. Blocking them will not stop you from buying or using the course.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who run parts of our business for us, such as Whop for checkout, billing and course hosting, our email provider, our website host, and analytics and advertising providers. They may use your information only to provide their service to us;
• Authorities or others where the law requires it, or where it is needed to protect our rights or someone's safety;
• A buyer or successor if the business is ever sold or merged, under the same commitments set out here.

Email

Members receive course emails as part of the product, along with account and billing notices. Marketing emails carry an unsubscribe link in every message, and unsubscribing from marketing does not stop the emails you need to use your membership or to be told about a change to your billing.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your membership is active and for as long afterwards as we need it for legitimate business, accounting or legal purposes. After that we delete it or strip it of anything that identifies you.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time and as the law requires. Deleting your information will end your access to the course.

Billing records and payment details are held by Whop. Requests about those are best sent to Whop directly, and we will help where we can.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, and we keep payment card data out of our systems entirely by using Whop. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

International visitors

We operate in the United States, and the providers we use store and process information there. If you are visiting from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and handled in the United States.

Children

This site and this course are meant for adults running a business. They are not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed, and continuing to use the site or your membership after a change means you accept the updated version.
